Our Story

Well, we both wish that we could tell some romantic love story about how we locked eyes in a room and fell in love instantly. Unfortunately, our love story began with a quick swipe to the right.
We both sat here for a while wondering if we should come up with some lie about how we met, because we both wish it was a better story — but it led us to where we are now. Nate says it was love at first sight, but I’m not so sure. He barked at my cats and was super goofy, but then one night I was joking about wanting to see the Jonas Brothers (I was not joking), and to my surprise, he said, “Let’s go.” I thought to myself, “This guy might not be so bad.” Ever since that weekend at that concert, we’ve been inseparable.
A couple of years down the road, we went to another concert, and the next morning we walked around a gorgeous park — and he got down on one knee. I guess you could say concerts are pretty good luck for us.
Now, with our year-and-a-half-old border collie, Jasper, who finally doesn’t deserve to be called a bastard anymore, we’re more than thrilled to tie the knot surrounded by our favorite people.
Long story short, thank you, Hinge, for being the reason we’re all being brought together.
